On the morning of October 15, Xu Qingzhen the vice president of Shanghai Enterprises Union and chief editor of Magazine Shanghai Enterprise paid a visit to ECC for investigation and instruction. They were warmly welcomed by ECC vice president Chen Lei and general manager Li Chong.
