Opening Ceremony Solemnly Held for Establishment of

Shangahi Hongkou China-Science Small Amount Loan Co., Ltd.

 

 

    Gold autumn falls on October with red laurel fragrance everywhere. 

 

    The opening ceremony was solemnly held for establishment of Shanghai Hongkou China-Science Co., Ltd. at the conference room of Hongkou District People’s Government, Shanghai. 

 

     The ceremony is presided over by Xu Minfu, Deputy Director of Hongkou District Financial and Fiscal Bureau.  More than 200 leaders and representatives of shareholder enterprises attended the meeting.  The ceremony VIPs are: Chen Xuejun, Deputy Director of Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau,  Fan Yongjin, Deputy Chief of Shanghai Financial Office, Yu Beihua, Chief of Hongkou District People’s Government and Deputy Secretary of CPC Shanghai Hongkou District Committee, Ying Mingyong, Standing Member of CPC Hounkou Committee and Deputy Chiefof Hongkou District People’s Government, Chen Qingqian, ECC Board Chairman and President as well as the Board Chairman of Shangahi Hongkou China-Science Small Amount Loan Co., Ltd., and others.

 

     Chen Qingqian, Chairman and President of the Load Company, made an address to the conference first.  He expressed his heart-felt thanks to all leaders and participants of the meeting.  He made a report on and introduced the preparation, progress and establishment of the ECC Hongkou Small Amount Loan Co., Ltd. to the meeting as well as depicted the development expectation after this establishment ceremony.  At last, he expressed with full confidence that under the care and guidance of Shanghai Financial Office, CPC Hongkou Committee and Hongkou District People’s Government, the company would strictly carry out financial policy, laws and regulations, make every effort to serve middle and small enterprises in the zone and soothe their financing difficulty,  Through common effort of all our shareholders, try hard to develop our company to be a first rate one of our country.   We’ll do our best to make full play in economic development of Hongkou District.   Then Ying Mingyong and Fan Yongjin made addresses and congratulations respectively.

 

      Under the enthusiastic applause, Chen Xuejun, Deputy Director of Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau, issued a business license to Board Chairman Chen Qingqian.  Yu Beihua and Fan Yongjin exposed the company board.   At that time, the applause was everywhere in the hall. 

 

     On behalf of the loan company, Chairman Chen Qingqian signed agreements with Bank of Shanghai, Hongkou District Employment Promotion Center, Shanghai Prominent Expert Hi-tech Garden and Shanghai No. 1 Ocean Geology Project Co. Ltd. separately.

 

      In the warm and harmonic music, VIPs and nine shareholders took group photos as a souvenir and congratulation.
