Upon invitation, Mr. Chen Qingqian, ECC Board Chairman and President, paid a visit in Vancouver and Ottawa in Canada, and in Washington, New York, San Francisco and Hawaii with Shanghai Municipal Scientific Commission. During his stay, the Chairman said that he had quite a deep impression and good mastery by what he saw and what he heard.
This visit is organized by Shanghai Municipal Scientific Commission and headed by the commission leaders concerned. As a Shanghai hi-tech enterprise president, Mr. Chen was invited.
During their visit in USA, the delegation was enthusiastically attended by Washing Medium and Small Enterprise Administration Bureau and New York Authorities concerned. At the reception, hosts and guests made an interaction at harmonic and sincere atmosphere. The US side introduced how their medium and small enterprises were cultivated and how hi-tech enterprise development was promoted. The Chinese delegates also exchanged their experiences on the development of medium and small enterprises and hi-tech enterprises.
