Recently, a five-person delegation of Hongkou District Quality Technical Bureau headed by the Party Branch Secretary Mr. Zheng Jianguo came to ECC for Party Construction activity. They are warmly welcomed by ECC leaders sponsored by ECC Party Branch Secretary Mr. Li Xiuming.
The organization of Party Branch of Hongkou District Quality Technical Burear and ECC Party Branch signed a mutual construction agreement between Party Branches and Party members in an education activity of keeping on advanced nature of a Party member in March 2005. Three years’ later, the two Party Branches sat together here and held a renew ceremony of the Party’s mutual construction at a harmonical and sincere atmosphere. Two Party Branch secretaries signed an agreement respectively and then exchanged the signed agreement while shaking hands in an applause. After that, Mr. Li and Mr. Zheng gave an introduction about their own achievements from Party construction since last time. At this signing ceremony, two parties share common on widening and furthering partnership between the two especially on strenthening cooperations, mutual help and learning in young Party members. Both of them made their mind to try hard for more and further achievements in this aspect.
