On the afternoon of April 27, 2007, the Second Celebrating Conference of Shanghai Municipal Excellent Socialist Course Builder with Chinese Characteristics was held at Shanghai International Conference Center jointly sponsored by relevant organizations of CPC Shanghai Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government. Mr. Yang Xiaodu, Standing Commissioner of CPC Shanghai Committee as well as Chief of CPC Shanghai United Front, presided the conference, and Mr. Luo Shiqian, Undersecretary of CPC Shanghai Committee attended and addressed the conference.
On behalf of CPC Shanghai Committee and Shanghai Government, Mr. Luo Shiqian expressed his warm congratulations to 50 “Excellent Builders” and gave sincere greetings to the people of newly-born social classes.
