Following the cooperation with Applied Materials Inc. as an approved global supplier for AMAT, one of top 500 enterprises in the world, ECC has made effort to cooperate with another one of top 500 enterprises GE.

    On the afternoon of September 9, 2005, the signature ceremony for GE•ECC cooperation on power distributing technology was formally held at the conference room of ECC Group.  The ceremony was presided by Mr. Shi Xizheng, the Special Assistant of ECC Board Chairman.  ECC Board Chairman and President Mr. Chen Qingqian and GEPC General Manager Zhang Chunyong made a speech respectively.  Both parties expressed unanimously that the partnership between us is helpful to enhance each brand and hence market competition.  Both of us will play their advantages to the utmost to realize bilateral benefits.  Then, both parties made signatures.  At the enthusiastic applause, Mr. Chen Qingqian and Mr. Zhang Chunyong exchanged signed documents.  At meantime, GEPC General Manager Mr. Zhang Chunyong granted the GE Authority Letter to ECC Chairman Mr. Chen Qingqian.  After the ceremony, leaders from both parties took a photo as a souvenir.

    The other participants to attend this ceremony on ECC side were ECC Board Chairman Assistant Mr. Li Xiuming, Standing Vice-President Mr. Li Chong, Vice-Presidents Mr. Chen Anxing, Mr. Chen Yunfeng and Mrs. Chen Tianle, Chief Engineer Mr. Qu Peibin, R&D Chief Mr. Jiang Yuexin and General Manager of Switchgear Company Mr. Wang Bin.

    The other participant to attend this ceremony on GE side were GEPC Product Manager Mr. Cui Lei, East China Manager Mr. Bi Ming, Channel Chief Miss Cong Xiaochun and Local Manager Mr. Wan Yong.
